With this in mind, all TWL players are expected to read and know the rules. If there is a question at hand in any game, players should ALWAYS refer to the rules for the answer before calling a TWL administrator to the table. Ignorance of the rules will not be tolerated to excuse an infraction. Hence, READ and KNOW the rules.
